A modern commercial and technology park for the municipality of Kematen
The innovative design concept of the project GTP Kematen shows that large-scale logistics, commercial, and industrial units can also be created without consuming large amounts of land.
The base of the building is a continuous, naturally-lit, ground-level logistics and/or production area while the fact that the roof of this base can support vehicles with a total weight of up to 24t allows this to become an additional, fully-fledged “commercial settlement”. The holistic architectural and design principles behind GTP are very economical in their use of land and lead to a uniform, small-scale appearance in the landscape despite the high building density. The flexible modular system makes it possible to adapt units in line with the individual requirements of users and form the basis for an attractive mix of sectors. Every demand can be met as long as this complies with the defined limits of the local zoning concept.
The site of the project is also notable for its excellent infrastructure which includes a dedicated motorway junction, the proximity to Innsbruck Airport and the short distance by foot to Kematen railway station.
